Package details;
**Pre-Wedding
* Detailed Consultations (no limit)
* Budget preparation and management
* Set appointments with Caterer, Florist, Entertainment, Photographer, Videographer, C ake baker, Transportation
* Vendor , locate vendors, negotiate contracts, and accompany you to all meetings taking lead role with vendors and acting as a liaison between you and your vendors during the entire wedding planning process and wrapping up all business after wedding.
* Wedding website so you can save a cherish memories of your “Premier” day
* Place an engagement announcement in the newspaper
* Check into pre-marital counseling (if needed)
* Create a Bridal registry
* Set aside blocks of hotel/motel rooms for out of town guests
* Book reception venue, rent tent for outdoor wedding
* Book Ceremony location, officiant
* Start to get ideas on wedding attire example: colors
* Determine type of wedding, formal, semi, casual, indoor or outdoor
* Start working on guest list
* Planning of the honeymoon (if wanted) booking all reservations airline, hotel, rental car. Complete stay itinerary example day one, day two, day three if attending shows we will reserve your tickets
* Order invitations, mail
* Delegate duties for ceremony and reception, keeping up and calling all parties who are to help
* Offer unique ideas for gifts for each other
* Get special occasions permits if needed
* Decorations, programs, guestbook table, pen & guest book, outdoor sign, chairs, alter arrangements, pew bows/decor, unity candle/holder, arch, kneeling bench, aisle runner, pillars/pedestal etc...
* Photo permit if needed
* All reception needs such as the caterer & menu, tables and linens, dinnerware, water pitchers, cake knife, flatware, chairs and covers, glassware, toasting glasses, bartender, table decorations, fabric ceilings/walls, balloons, etc...
**Wedding Rehearsal
* Full rehearsal coordination location, time and place
* Reservations for dinner
* Calling all parties to make sure everyone is in attendance
* Go over last instructions with everyone
Wedding Day
* Making sure best man and maid of honor sign the wedding certificate
* Make sure bride gets to hairdresser and make-up appointments
* Help bride in anyway she may need
* Have all final details at hand to help wedding party if needed
* Be present to serve as the right hand to bride, groom
* Check all deliveries and set-up of all ceremony and reception
* Conduct the wedding ceremony & reception
* Manage all onsite vendors
* Managing wedding party
* See that all gifts are transported to the designated places
* Available clean up crew
* Making Return arrangements for all rentals/clothing/equipment etc...

A La Cart
We can help you with any portion of your special day. Just give us a call to discuss needs and rates. These rates do not apply to package selections. These are single Item selections. If you need more than one service, I will customize a package price for you.
* Locating your service providers this service is $200.00 per vendor if this a single service need .
* 4 Month count down package - An itemized contract will be drawn up. Price depending on size of wedding. Prices start at $500.00
