Payments
All payments are non-refundable. This covers the cost that Premier Chair Covers and Linens incurs for turning away potential customers in order to secure the rental items for your wedding. your order is reserved and you are responciblle for your guests attendance and damage to our property. Your balance will be due 1 month before your special event date, when your RSVP count changes your balance due will be adjusted only one month prior and only once. Payment by Credit/debit card thru Pay Pal Invoice will be sent for all payments.
Chair Cover Return Premier will pick up if you have paid for pick up. WE DO NOT COME BACK THE SAME NIGHT OF YOUR EVENT ALL AGREEMENTS ARE FOR YOU TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A MONDAY PICKUP.
Picking up on the weekend will result in an additional $75.00 pick up fee. NO EXCEPTIONS! The cost of gas and the fact that all of our work is on the weekends this is very hard for us to pick up and provide services to all of our customers. Please read your agreement for further details.

Damaged/Unreturned Items: The Customer will be responsible to pay for any incidents including but not limited to damaged, lost, altered, or stolen items. Except for reasonable rental usage, all items must be returned in their normal condition. Premier Chair Covers and Linens can take out most stains. However, for each item returned with tears, wine stains, candles burns or wax marks that may be damaged beyond repair, the Customer authorizes the use of their credit card to be charged. An administrative charge of $16 will be applied on the Customer’s credit card for each damaged item including the full purchase amount for each item or any other replacement costs. Event cancellation: Orders may be cancelled 30 days or more prior to your event date and require staff approval. Your order is not canceled until you receive an Order Cancellation Confirmation email from Premier Chair Covers and Linens. Orders that are canceled 30 days or more prior to the event are charged the full deposit amount thus all deposits are nonrefundable. This covers the cost that Premier Chair Covers and Linens incurs for turning away potential customers in order to secure the rental items for your event. The balance of the order will be due within 30days of the event date. Thank you for your order.
